2018 Holy High Cabernet

$38.99

2018 Holy High Great Bear Cabernet Sauvignon:

Extremely fruit driven fun and playful aromatics. Boisenberry, strawberry-rhubarb pie, and a hint of grandma’s blueberry crumble are all wrapped together for a deliciously quaffable Cabernet Sauvignon.

Vintage Notes: 2018 received good rainfall in February, followed by a very long warm spring. 2018 is known for the extended hang-time offered to the Cabernet Vines in the Napa Valley. No extreme heat spikes or unseasonable cold. Just continuous warm weather with full and partial sun days allowed vines to hang on the vine deep into October developing wonderful flavor and phenolic development. This vintage offered very abundant crop loads with lots of beautiful complex cabernet coming off of the valley floor and in the hillside vineyards.
